Treat yourself or a loved one mid-week at EZARD with our new five course menu.  Available Monday - Thursday for both lunch and dinner, enjoy our signature tasting menu, with or without beverage pairing, in a smaller format. Dishes include:

Cured swordfish, whipped sheep’s yoghurt, preserved seaweed, pickled ginger, puffed jasmine rice

Steamed scallop dumpling, aged hon mirin dressing, smoked enoki, fragrant oil

Ora salmon, citrus kosho dashi, shitake, daikon, ink cracker, purslane

Chinese style duck, black rice, roasted chilli, Japanese turnip, spring onion

Eight score Sher Wagyu beef, smoked potato croquette, ox tongue, brussel sprout, pepper jus (additional $25 per person) 

Dark chocolate sphere, pistachio caramel, beetroot, whipped cream
