Terms and conditions

All reservations are subject to the following booking conditions-


Saturday evenings: Early reservations can choose between our fixed price menu ($110) or five course tasting menu ($125).

For later reservations the signature seven course tasting menu ($165) is available exclusively.

International guests Please provide a contact number or hotel details where we can reach you to confirm your reservation.

Confirmations We will contact you to confirm at least 24 hours prior to the reservation. If we have been unable to reach you, we ask that you contact us instead to confirm your reservation. Should it remain unconfirmed, we may not be unable to honour your reservation.


Alterations and cancellations To make any changes to, or cancel an existing online reservation please email office@ezard.com.au or call the restaurant directly on +613 9639 6811. You can also find a link to cancel your booking in your confirmation email from The Fork. 

Saturday nights Credit card details are required to secure all reservations. You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to the reservation for a booking of 6 guests and over and you may vary the party size at any time. Failure to attend or cancel after this time will result in a charge of $150 per person.

Credit card details are required to secure all reservations for parties greater than 6 guests at all times. These details are required at the time of booking as a holding security. No charge is made in advance.

Table vacating All early reservations on Saturday evenings are required to vacate their table after 2 hours. 


Public holidays Please note that if you are joining us on a public holiday, there will a 12.5% surcharge added to your bill.

Credit cards We accept payment using all major credit cards and Eftpos. Please note all credit card payments will incur a 1.5% processing fee. Debit card transactions do not attract a surcharge
