Terms and conditions
All reservations are subject to the following booking conditions-
Reservations from 8pm You may need to enjoy a drink in our lounge while you wait for a suitable table to become available.
Children Due to the size and layout of the restaurant we do not have the space to accommodate prams or push chairs, nor do we supply highchairs. We do not have a children’s menu available at the restaurant.
On Friday and Saturday nights, we do not offer any reduction in either menu size or price for children. If children are seated at the table, they will be included in the total size of the party and charged the minimum menu price.
International guests Please provide a contact number or hotel details where we can reach you to confirm your reservation.
Confirmations We will contact you to confirm at least 24 hours prior to the reservation. If we have been unable to reach you, we ask that you contact us instead to confirm your reservation. Should it remain unconfirmed, we may not be unable to honour your reservation.
Alterations and cancellations To make any changes to, or cancel an existing online reservation please email email@example.com or call the restaurant directly on +613 9639 6811. You can also find a link to cancel your booking in your Dimmi confirmation email.You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to the reservation for a booking up to 10 people and you may vary the party size at any time. Failure to attend or cancel after this time will result in a charge of $150 per person.
Credit card details are required to secure all reservations except at lunch times. These details are required at the time of booking as a holding security. No charge is made in advance.
Table vacating All reservations for 2 or 3 guests are required to vacate the table after 2.5 hours. All reservations for 4 guests are required to vacate the table after 3 hours.
Public holidays Please note that if you are joining us on a public holiday, there will a 12.5% surcharge added to your bill.
AMEX payments will incur a 1.7% surcharge.
