Paringa Estate 30th Anniversary Dinner

If you take food and wine seriously, listen up. Two icons of the Victorian scene are coming together for a once-off degustation dinner that any self-proclaimed foodie needs to attend.

Wine legend Lindsay McCall of Paringa Estate will be joining Chef Teage Ezard to create an unmissable paired tasting menu in celebration of Paringa's 30th anniversary. 

Lindsay will be bringing a wide collection of rare back vintages and current catalogue drops, along with his Head Chef Julian to design a collaborative menu with EZARD Head Chef Jarrod DiBlasi.

This is a dinner not to be missed-after all, you can only pull a wine out of the cellar once!


When: Thursday November 16th, from 6PM
What: Collaborative 6 course menu from Chefs Julian Hills and Jarrod DiBlasi, paired with12 Paringa Estate wines
Where: EZARD, 187 Flinders Lane Melbourne (a second event will also be held at Paringa)
